New interface for Springer

Available since October 29th, 2012, the new platform of Springer replaces definitively the old interface as from the April 1st  2013.

Springerlink offers thousands of ebooks and magazines in the fields : science and Technologies among which computer science, physics, and mathematics, Medicine, Economy, Transport and Architecture.

The interface is faster and provides:

• access to journals by subject (links at the bottom of the page offer direct access to Journals, Books, Book series, etc.)

• a quick keyword search (and as always an advanced search feature)

• the ability to be viewed on tablets and mobile devices (optimised for each platform)

• the ability to limit search results to content subscribed to by Inria (you must untick this box).

Discover these news features:

  • Information on collection to eBooks:  to know the contents of a collection of ebooks (other filters in addition: year), language),
  • Journal’s Predecessor Information: is from now on visible with link of rerouting,
  • Order from My Library: optional feature (activation by the administrator of the account) which allows the users to let us know which inaccessible contents interesting them _Cette feature is in the course of instruction by Inria _,
  • Get Access” button : inform the users via one pop-up of the possibilities of acquisition of a not accessible(approachable) document (no subscription or of institutional purchase).

Warning: if you had a personal “My Springerlink” account on the old platform, it will not be transferred to the new platform. -> You must create a new account on the new interface.
