Web of Science – WOS [restricted access] is a bibliographic database that indexes over 10,000 international journals among the best sides in the world spread over 250 disciplines.

Where Inria disciplines are concerned, its coverage has improved markedly with the recent contribution of the proceedings: the IEEE conferences are well covered, particularly those that are recurring and are published in series or journals.
However, ACM is not covered.

The originality of WoS is to allow navigation among the references of articles.

The base can also read articles that cite an article you see and put an alert to be notified of each new quote. It is possible to find references “Cited Reference Search”.

Of course, it is possible to save queries and save alerts.

Warning: the more advanced features are available in the Web of Science, and not in the portal “All databases”. We must select the “Web of Science”.

Access : Researcher’s Information Toolkit (widget “search section or communication)
